Kursk-Root Icon visit

With the blessing of His Eminence, Metropolitan Hilaron, the Kursk-Root Wonder-working icon of the Mother of God of the Sign (Znamenie) will be visiting the Diocese of Chicago and Mid-America during Great Lent. The icon will visit our parish on Tuesday, April 1st.
A molieben (a small, petitionary prayer service) will be served at 7pm, followed by small compline with an akathist to the Mother of God at 8pm. Let us prepare ourselves for this visititation of the Mother of God in her icon, that we may be able to receive the grace she mercifully brings wherever she goes.
We're Moving!

We are moving services to our new chapel at the Sibley's home at 1009 Winter Street in Bryan, close to Stephen F. Austin Middle School. This will both provide us with more space and enable us to save money toward acquiring a larger worship space.
